BonART Co. Ltd stands behind their products, and offers competitive warranty protection against all factory defects. Most* BonART™ units have a 1-year warranty on the unit itself, and a 90-day warranty for accessories.

A factory defect is any unusual or unfortunate failure of a part due to a bad component within the supply chain. All assembly lines experience the odd occurrence of these “defects”, and they are unavoidable over a long-enough timeline. A “Factory Defect” is NOT a problem with how the unit is designed or how it is used. A component that fails within the first year is only a “defect” if it failed under normal use circumstances, in an environment and situation where it shouldn’t have failed. This does not include poor use, misuse, over-use, after-sale tampering, or other scenarios outside of the scope of factory assembly.
IMPORTANT: Warranty services do not extend the warranty period beyond the original expiration date.

If you are having any trouble with the operation of your BonART™ product and are located in North America, please contact the North American support team at (888) 526-6278 or repairs@askmagpie.com for technical support or for questions regarding sending your BonART™ product in for evaluation and repair. Please have the model of the unit and proof of purchase ready. A Repair Authorization (RA) number will be issued, and is required for repair service. Please note that return shipping is not covered or included.
